| Terms/Notes - AMA | The release is part of an Asset Management Agreement whereby the releasing shipper can call upon the delivery of gas up to the contract quantity (MDTQ) on any day during the term of the release. |
| Recall/Reput Terms | PGS may temporarily recall the capacity, in the event such recall is necessary to exercise any Transporter Service Provider?s Right of First Refusal Mechanism. PGS will temporarily recall, for each Season during the term of this Agreement, such portion of the Transporter capacity for such Season as acquiring shipper, specifies in writing to PGS not less than (90) Days prior to the commencement of the Season for which such temporary recall is to be made. PGS may temporarily recall the capacity, if PGS determines in its reasonable judgement that such temporary recall is required in order to maintain PGS?s ability (i) maintain service to high priority customer, or (ii) effectively implement curtailment or interruption of service in order to maintain service to high priority customers. PGS may temporarily recall the capacity for the purpose of modifying the Primary Delivery Point(s) and the amount of firm transportation capacity at such point(s) for the purpose of maintaining its ability to manage its distribution system. |
